NHL Coaches Conference

HockeyShot can’t wait for the upcoming NHL Coaches Conference this July in Toronto, Ontario! The TeamSnap Hockey Coaches Conference provides a platform for professional coaches and athletic performance experts to share their experience and best practices with fellow coaches, while developing new skills and creating new relationships.

Since the NHL has seen some dramatic shifts in coaching trends during the 2017-2018 NHL Season, this year’s conference is sure to be full of new knowledge, skills and tactics.

Every year, coaches of all levels and from across North America and Europe gather to collaborate and exchange ideas on how to move our game forward at the NHL Coaches Conference. Entering the 8th year of this event, this year the focus of the conference will be to showcase innovative leaders and the latest coaching technologies.

HockeyShot loves participating in this event and providing coaches with new products, such as our new Premium Stickhandling Lineup, which works wonders with on-ice hockey leagues and associations. In addition, HockeyShot provides cash giveaways, product promotions and tons of fun throughout the conference.

Participants take in keynote presentations, panel discussions, live interviews and on-ice demonstrations throughout the 2-day event. This year’s conference is returning to Toronto, Canada and is expected to be one of the largest gatherings of hockey coaches ever assembled.

Guest speakers include Paul McFarland, the Assistant Coach to the Florida Panthers and Todd Woodcroft, Assistant Coach to one of the only current Canadian Hockey Teams in the 2018 NHL Playoff Season, the Winnipeg Jets. In addition, Paul Carson, Vice President of Hockey Development for Hockey Canada will also be in participation, along with many other leading North American Hockey Superstars. On Friday, July 20 following the last presentation of the day, The Coaches Site will be hosting their annual charity reception for HEROS. The guest for the event will be Elliot Friedman or Rogers Sportsnet and Hockey Night in Canada. Everyone is encouraged to attend the event, have a cold adult beverage and mingle with the coaches in attendance.
