Andrews Hockey Growth Programs - 2018

HockeyShot is pleased to once again announce our partnership with Andrews Hockey Growth Programs. Andrews Hockey has been training hockey players since 1979. They focus on the premise that with continual research, improvement and experience, hockey players of any skill level will grow and develop.

Taking place throughout Prince Edward Island, these stellar hockey programs prioritize developing players skills through constant research and have utilized experiences from hockey players all over the world to create a well-respected organization. Since HockeyShot originated in New Brunswick, we are very passionate about bringing hockey camp opportunities to all the hockey communities in the Maritimes, and are overjoyed that our partnership has continued for so many years.

Andrews Hockey Growth Programs have helped nurture some of the biggest names in the NHL such as the Boston Bruins Adam McQuaid & Brad Marchand, Colorado Avalanche Nathan MacKinnon, and former New Jersey Devil Michael Ryder.

Recently retired NHL all-star and islander, Brad Richards attended the camps for 11 straight summers, while Sidney Crosby, currently of the Pittsburgh Penguins, attended the Signature Foundational Program for 10 years. These camps have helped an impressive NHL Roster perfect their skating, puck and defense skills.

Andrews Hockey also offers camps focusing on High Performance Elite Training Programs, Hockey for Tots, Defense Men's Specialty Camps, Magic Hands & The Art of Scoring Goals. A bonus of the school is vacationing at Canada’s Golf Capital, surrounded by beautiful salt water beaches!

In addition to these programs, Andrews Hockey has also created East Coast Ice, with the goal of advancing the development of Maritime youth through sports and education. The Program is ultimately designed to prepare players for education and hockey scholarship opportunities in the future through Andrews Hockey’s Atlantic Hockey Showcase and Atlantic Female Prospect Camp. These camps promote Women’s Hockey in the Maritimes and Women’s Hockey in Canada and are a great step to helping both male and female athletes achieve their dreams.

HockeyShot is thrilled to see the expansion of Maritimes classic hockey, while promoting summer hockey camps in the area.
