"This item popped up in my IG feed and I decided to purchase it for my two boys (age 7 & 9). Only my younger one plays hockey, but the older plays soccer and having had one in the past I know how beneficial and fun they are. It really only took them a few days to figure it out and now they are both timing their “bests. ” I think the quality of this one is great. The surface of the board is like a grit sandpaper and the roller is a hard foam/rubber. Ordering was easy, as was delivery tracking. Item came as advertised and our family couldn’t be happier. I’m always wary of the gimicky items which are rampant on-line these days and wonder about quality, but this balance board is awesome! Highly recommend!"

Hello, 250lbs is the maximum weight rating we recommend for the Training Balance Board.
Can I use the Training Balance Board on top of All-Star Dryland or Revolution Tiles?
No! Do not use the Training Balance Board on top of any HockeyShot Tiles as it is slippery and may cause injury. We recommed using the Training Balance Board on soft surfaces like carpet, a yoga mat, or grass.
How do I train with the Training Balance Board?
The Training Balance Board is an excellent training product for strengthening your core, and improving stability and coordination. We recommend finding your balance first, and then introducing your stick and puck to practice stickhandling. This will challenge your balance and improve your hands.
